Advanced Graphic Design

COURSE OVERVIEW

Advanced Graphic Design uses the enhancement of the Adobe Creative Suite software, which includes Photoshop, After Effects and Illustrator to create advanced graphic documents. Advanced style and techniques will be used throughout the layout and design process. The design process will be explored further, and students will be given more challenging graphic tasks and assignments.

LEARNING OUTCOMES:

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:

• Use advanced features of Illustrator & Photoshop
• Design for Media
• Develop Animation
• Create Video Animation
• Create Flash Design

– (Advanced) Adobe Photoshop
– (Advanced) Adobe Illustrator
– (Advanced) Adobe After Effects
– Object drawing
– Object manipulation
– Design principles
