related to these procedures.
• Adequately perform Phlebotomy collection protocols in Venipuncture and Capillary Puncture.
• Apply knowledge gained in contributing to organizational objectives and goals
• Competently perform skills associated with the collection, handling and transport of blood and non-blood specimens
such as Urine, Stool, Semen and Sputum.
• Practice principles of Laboratory Safety and Infection Control.
• Demonstrate competency in the use and care of routine laboratory equipment.
• Confidently use medical terminology in relation to the profession.
• Demonstrate the ability to make sound ethical decisions.
